摘　　要：文章以广东省为例，针对农村免费义务教育政策在执行中存在的问题，重点分析了该政策对学校、教师、学生等不同目标群体的负面影响：学校经费紧张，学生管理难度加大；教师实际收入下降；学生辍学现象没有明显改善。The paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of free compulsory education policy in rural areas in Guangdong Province, focusing the negative influence on schools , teachers and students resulted from the implementation, such as the shortage of expense in schools, the management of students is getting more difficult, the decrease of teachers＇ income, and there＇s still no remarkable improvement on school drop-out.
