摘　　要：For the maps on the Heisenberg group target, we prove a Poincare type inequality. Applying this Poincare type inequality, we obtain the corresponding versions of Sobolev and Rellich embedding theorems.For the maps on the Heisenberg group target, we prove a Poincare type inequality.
