摘  要:目的:比较根管显微镜下离体上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(MB2)的发现率与实际发生率的差异,为推广根管显微镜的临床应用提供依据。方法:离体上颌第一磨牙90个,分为两组,A组45个牙,采用改良开髓口,根管显微镜下探查寻找MB2并记录其发现率;B组45个牙,制成透明标本,观察近颊根的解剖形态,记录MB2的发生率,并与根管显微镜下MB2发现率相比较。结果:根管显微镜下A组MB2的发现率82.22%,透明牙标本B组显示的MB2发生率86.66%,二者之间不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用根管显微镜,MB2的发现率接近于其实际发生率。Objective: To find whether there was any difference between the occurrence of mesiobuccal 2nd canal (MB2) and its detection rate with root canal microscope. Method: 90 extracted maxillary first molars were divided into 2 groups. In group 1, improved coronal cavities were prepared and root canal microscope was used to look for MB2 , and the detection rate of MB2 was calculated. 45 teeth in group 2 were used to make transparent specimens, anatomy of whose mesiobuccal roots was investigated, occurrence of MB2 was calculated and compared to the detection rate. Result: Detection rate with root canal microscope was 82.22 %, while according to the transparent specimens occurrence of MB2 was 86.66 %. No statistically significant discrepancy was found between the occurrences and detection rate( =0.338 , P 0.05). Conclusion: Detection rate of MB2 could be greatly improved by the use of root canal microscope.
