摘　　要：目的:通过对145例面中部骨折病例的分析,探讨面中部骨折的治疗方法。方法:对145例面中部骨折病例的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果:面中部骨折好发于男性,占84.8%,20～50岁年龄组123例,占84.8%;交通事故伤为主要致伤原因,占67.6%,手术治疗占78.6%,术后绝大多数病例可获得满意的面形和功能疗效。结论:对面中部骨折的治疗应树立多学科协作的综合系列治疗观念,在正确复位的前提下,采用可靠的固定能取得满意的治疗效果;手法复位或颌间牵引复位加钛板坚强内固定是目前常用的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the treatments for midfacial fractures.Method：To make a retrospective statistical analysis of the 145 cases of midfacial fractures which have been treated at department of stomatology Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command,PLA and Tangshan Sanatorium from January 1996 to December 2008.Result：midfacial fractures occur much more commonly in male（84.8 %）,and 84.8 % of cases were aged between 20 and 50 years.The most common accuse of these fractures is traffic accident （67.6 %）,78.6 % cases were treated by surgery.Most of cases gain satisfied face and functional results after operation.Conclusion：midfacial fractures should be treated under the new concept of combined and sequential multidisciplinary methods.Sound diaplasis followed by reliable fixation can lead to a satisfying curative effect.At present,the hand or intermaxillary elastic traction plus internal titanium plate fixation is the most effective method for treating midfacial fractures.
