摘 要:用手工放样展开管结构相贯接头的工作量大,效率低,而且受图面限制,放样点数太少;加上度量误差、观测误差等的积累,不可避免地产生较大的误差。本文利用几何一数学方法推导出相贯线长度的展开模型,采用适当的管壁厚度处理方法,用BASIC语言编成了计算机程序,可以迅速准确地展开相贯接头。程序所用数据用人机对话方式输入,简单明了,经在PHX-20微机试行及程序调试后,证明程序完全适用。Making templet of intersected connection of tubular construction by hand consists of a lot of work with low productivity. Moreover, due to the fact that too few points of templet can be put on a drawing of limited size and errors in measurement and observation are to be accumulated, it is inevitable to have significant deviations. Present paper deduces developed model of length of intersected line by means of geometricmathematical method, proposes an appropriate way to take tube wall thiekness into consideration, introduces a computer program written in BASIC to fast obtain an accurate developed drawing of intersected connection. Data for the program can be input in a way of man-machine dialogue. It is simple, easily understandable and proved to be suitable for practical use after running and debugging the program on PHX-20 micro-computer.
