新建地方本科院校高品位校园文化建设探析

摘　　要：高品位的校园文化具有时代性、独特性、开放性和创新性等特征。由于地方本科院校建校历史短、办学实力弱等原因,还存在校园文化层次不高、特色不突出以及校园文化发展相对封闭等不足,使得反映其学校风貌的高品位的校园文化还未形成。为此,新建地方本科院校要提升大学校园文化的层次、品位和境界,就应树立具有时代特点和地方特色的办学理念,坚持以中国先进文化统领校园文化的建设方向,确立校园文化发展的特色战略,营造校园文化的学术氛围,以全方位建设高品位的校园文化。The construction of high-grade campus culture is characterized by the times,uniqueness,openness and innovativeness. The high-grade campus culture reflecting the local newly-established universities hasn’t been formed yet by such shortcomings as their short history,their weak school-running conditions,low-level campus culture,unnoticeable characteristics and relatively closed development in campus culture. To this end,if the local newly-established universities want to enhance the level,grade and realm of their campus culture,it is necessary to set up a school-running philosophy with the epoch and local characteristics,to adhere to the building direction with China’s advanced culture leading campus culture,to establish a feature strategy of campus-culture development and to create a academic atmosphere of campus culture of so as to construct the high-grade campus culture in an all-round way.
