摘  要:俱乐部制教学模式是高校公共体育改革的必然趋势。针对我国青少年身体素质逐年下降的现状,以科学发展观为指导,在俱乐部教学模式的基础上,对具体实施过程进行探索和改革,适当增加一些提高身体素质的内容,构建了公共体育"3+2"的人才培养方案,以使学生在为终身体育打好基础的前提下,最大限度地提高学生的体能素质,充分体现"健康第一、以人为本"的现代教育新理念,使公共体育教学既能充分发挥体育的功能,又能为学生终生体育服务。The teaching mode of club system is an inevitable trend in the reform of non-major sports course in universities. In response to the declining physical status of teenagers in China, with the scientific outlook on development as guidance based on the club implementation, some contents training program with "3 plus teaching model,some probes and reforms have been carried out in process of to improve their physique have been appropriately added, the non-major sports specific personnel 2" has been built to enable students to maximize the improvement of physical quality of the students on the premise of laying the foundation for lifelong education ,fully embodies new modem educational outlook, which enables non-major sports teaching not only and but also to provide life-long sports services for students. the"heahh first and people-oriented" to give full play to the sports function
