摘  要:为探讨正常人脑电压缩谱阵特征,本文对30例正常人按不同年龄分为三组,进行脑电图与CSA对比分析。结果发现:α峰幅各组均以枕区最高,额区最低,但谱阵图型儿童组为α主峰型,青年组为单α峰型,中年组为单α峰型或峰不突出型;中心频率与边缘频率亦各有其相应特征,并能与谱阵图型一样实时显示出睁眼与过度换气时脑电图的变化。In order to explore the characteristics of CSA in healthy persons, 30 healthy persons were divided into 3 groups according to their ages. EEG was recorded at rest and in evoking tests (eyes open and hyperventilation, HV),then was analysed with CSA. The results show that the higbest peak in the alpha band is always at occipital and the lowest peak is at frontal. The spectrograms may be alpha peak only, alpha peak predominantly or have no apparent peak in all frequency band, and they were seen in young adults, children and middle age group respectively. MPF and SEF also have their own features, and can fully show the real time change of EEG in eyes open and HV as spectrograms do. These suggest that CSA is very useful for EEG analysis and monitoring.
