肺癌侵犯左心房的CT诊断

摘　　要：作者分析了３８例肺癌患者术前ＣＴ征象，从左心房异常、心周脂肪异常和肺静脉干异常为诊断标准，判断有无左房受侵，结果显示：ＣＴ诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为８９４％、７３７％和８１５％。The CT finds of 38 Cases were analysised,in this study all cases with or without invasion of the left atrium (ILA) with lung cancer were surygical and/or pathologically proven.Basis on the three diagnostic criteria of CT which included abnormal findings of left atrium,Periatrial fat and pulmonary venous trunk,the diagnosis of CT and the surgi_pathologic results were compared.The sensitivity,specificty and accuracy of CT diagnosis of ILA by lung cancer were 89.4%,73.7% and 81.5%.respectively.The value of CT findings in the diagnosis of ILA with lung Cancer and some factors that effected the diagnosis were discussed.
