摘 要:为研究羟基苯甲醛酰腙与金属的配位方式,合成了2-羟基苯甲醛乙酰腙(H2L1)和4-羟基苯甲醛乙酰腙(H2L2),将它们分别与溴化铜反应,得到一个单核金属铜配合物[CuHL1-2H2O]+.Br-(配合物1)和一个水合物[H2L2.H2O](水合物2).单晶X-衍射分析表明:配合物1属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶体中相邻分子通过O—H…Br…H—N和O—H…Br…H—O两种类型氢键交替地连接成一维层状结构和二维片状结构.在水合物2中,分子间氢键将非手性H2L2分子连接成无限的单链螺旋结构,结晶水将这些单链螺旋连接成三维氢键结构.结果说明:在含水溶剂中2-羟基苯甲醛酰腙较易与金属离子配位,而4-羟基苯甲醛酰腙则易通过分子间氢键形成单链螺旋.The coordination behavior of hydroxylbenzaldehyde-acylhydrazone towards transition metal ions, was investigated with the syntheses of two Schiff bases N-acetyl-N'-(2-hydroxylbenzylidene) hydrazine (H2L1) and N- acetyl-N'-(4-hydroxylbenzylidene) hydrazine (H2L2). H2L1 and HzL2 were respectively reacted with CuBrz. A mononuclear metal complex [-CuHL1 - 2H2O]+ · Br-(complexes 1) and a hydrate [H2L2 · H2O] (hydrate 2) were obtained. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that compound 1 belongs to the monoclinic P2 (1)/n space group, and an infinite one-dimensional layer and two-dimensional sheet motif were formed via two types of hydrogen bonding O--H…Br…H--N and O-H… Br…H-O alternating between the neighbors. As for the hydrate 2, the intermolecular hydrogen bonds interactions directed the achiral single-stranded helical chains into infinite hydrogen-bonded chains which are linked by lattice water molecules to form stable three-dimensional hydrogen-bonded framework. The results show that H2L1 acted as tridentate ligand coordinating to metal ion, and H2L2 directed the intermolecular hydrogen-bondings between single-stranded helical structures to form the framework in aqueous solvent.
