摘 要:目的分析尾叶香茶菜挥发油的化学成分。方法采用超临界CO2流体(SFE)萃取的方法提取挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果检出25个色谱峰,鉴定出15种化合物,占挥发油总量的74.69%。结论尾叶香茶菜挥发油化学成分以5β,11α-11-羟基-3,20-孕甾二酮(相对含量为19.26%),5-α-12,20-孕甾二酮(17.13%),[1R-(1α,4aβ,10aα]-7-(1-甲乙基)-1,4-二甲基-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-八氢-1-菲甲醛(12.67%),4-二烯-3,11-雄甾二酮(5.08%)为主,占总挥发油成分的49.06%。其中孕甾二酮占总挥发油的36.39%,酸类化合物占13.17%,醛类化合物占13.96%。所有化合物均首次从该植物中检出。Objective To analyze chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Rabdosia excise. Methods The volatile oil was use supercritical CO2 fluid (SFE) extraction to extract.and separated by GC capillary column chromatography. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results 25 kinds of components wereseparated. Among them 15 components were identified, accounting about 74.69% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The main components in the volatile oil of Rabdosia excise were 5 -beta- 11 alpha- 11-hydroxy-pregnane-3, 20-dione(19.26%), 5-alpha-pregnane- 12, 20-dione(17.13%), [ 1R-(lct, 4aβ, 10aα]-7-1-methylethyl- 1, 4-dimethyl- 1, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 9, 10, 10a-octahydro-1-phenanthrenecarboxaldehyde, Androsta-1, 4-diene-3, 11-dione(5.08%), which were accounted for 74.96% of all volatile oils, dione were 36.39%, acid were 13.17%, were 13.96% of all volatile oils. These compounds were analyzed for the first time from this plant.
