摘　　要：目的探讨独立通风笼盒(IVC)实验动物房的建设和管理办法。方法依照相关的实验动物管理条例的要求,对IVC动物房进行了建设,并制定了一系列的管理措施。结果通过科学的设计建设和严格的管理,本实验室成功饲养了约5000只基因工程小鼠。结论通过本实验IVC动物房的科学的建设和严格的管理,保证了动物房的正常运行。Objective To explore the method for construction and administration of IVC experimental animal house. Methods A series of administration measures were established for building IVC experimental animal house according to requirements of rules for management of experimental animals. Results More than 4000 gene engineering mice were raised through scientific construction and strict administration of this experimental animal house. Conclusion Normal experiments can be guaranteed through scientific construction of IVC experimental animal house and management.
