胃癌组织中组织蛋白酶D和层黏连蛋白受体的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究组织蛋白酶D、层黏连蛋白受体在胃癌中的表达，探讨其与胃癌侵袭及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法，检测96例胃腺癌组织中组织蛋白酶D和层黏连蛋白受体的表达情况。结果组织蛋白酶D在浆膜层、有淋巴结转移及低分化胃癌组织中的表达明显高于浸润肌层以下、无淋巴结转移及高、中分化的胃癌（分别为P〈0．01，P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。经四格表χ^2检验，层黏连蛋白受体在胃癌组织中的高表达与浸润深度、分化程度密切相关（分别为P〈0．05和P〈0．01），与淋巴结转移无关（P〉0．05）。胃癌组织中层黏连蛋白受体和组织蛋白酶D之间的相关性分析显示，组织蛋白酶D阳性表达与层黏连蛋白受体阳性表达之间呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌组织中层黏连蛋白受体高表达、组织蛋白酶D高表达与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the elationship between the expression of Cathepsin D and Laminin receptors with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancers. Methods Cathepsin D and Laminin receptors immunoreactivities were evaluated in 96 patients with gastric cancer using streptavadin peroxidase method. Results Over expression of Cathepsin D in gastric cancer tissue was significantly related with the depth of invasion, lymphnode metastasis and grade of differentiation （P 〈0.01, P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05, respectively）. Moreover, the high expression of Laminin receptors in gastric cancer had significant correlations with the invasion depth and grade of differentia^ion（P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01）; The positive expression of Laminin receptors were not significantly related with lymph node metastasis（P 〉0.05）. By statistics analysis Cathepsin D had a significant positive correlation with Laminin receptors （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Cathepsin D and Laminin Receptors play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancers.
