摘　　要：它在自由状态下产生，既能独立的自主创造，又可以自由地借各种外部精华为我所用，学习模仿借力。这种创新行为，既可能产生于领导昔，更可能由企业綦层员工参与和推动。Over the past 12 months,Sinomanager with its mission to "influence management practices in China" has tracked and interviewed nearly 100 Chinese enterprises. By studying how each one of them has responded to the crisis and analyzing their performance before and after the crisis,we can find who are "strategic" and who are "tactical". We are also trying to find the "gold key" to sustainable future growth for Chinese enterprises,namely,those management ideas and solutions that are worth learning and promoting. Undoubtedly,innovation is the driving force behind the next round of business growth.
