脂质体紫杉醇与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产脂质体紫衫醇联合顺铂治疗106例晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法脂质体紫杉醇135 mg/m^2,静脉滴注第1天,顺铂60mg/m^2,静脉滴注第1-3天,21 d为1个周期,至少治疗2个周期。结果完全缓解（CR）19%,部分完全缓解（PR）16%,病情稳定（SD）43%,病情进展（PD）22%。主要毒性反应为白细胞下降和脱发、胃肠道反应。结论脂质体紫杉醇与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的临床疗效,耐受性好。Objective To observe clinical chemotherapeutic efficacy and safety of liposome encapsulated paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of 106 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Patients recei ved liposome encapsulated paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 on d1,cisplatin 60 mg/m2 for d1-3.Regiment had 21-day cycle,i.e,three weeks repeated and the efficacy was estimated after 2 periods.Results The PR was 98%,the SD was 43%.the PD was 22%.The major toxicity was leukopeniano and alopecia,functional disturbances of gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion There is better efficacy using liposome encapsulated paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Patients have adaptive response.
