关于中国特色高等教育的思考

摘　　要：基于历史维度的分析,指出教育的宗旨是"传承文明、开创未来".进而通过对中国传统高等教育特色和问题的反思,提出走一条融中国传统教育思想的精粹与西方现代教育思想理念为一炉,适应中国特色社会主义市场经济规律,支撑民族复兴、满足发展模式转变的新型高等教育之路.并就如何探索和实践中国高等教育的载体,提出了突出品格的大学文化建设模式,构思了"书院-学院-学科制"的人才培养模式和面对工业化、城镇化、生态化需求的学科建设方向.The present thesis, on the basis of a historical analysis, indicates that the principal aim of education is to pass on civilizaton and to usher in a promising future. As a result of the reflections of the typical features and the problems in the traditional Chinese higher education, it further argues to integrate the essence of the traditional ideas in Chinese education and the modern ones in the west so as to establish a new mode in higher education that well fits the distinctive socialist market economy in China, benefits the national revitalization, and meets the needs of the changes in the development patterns. In addition, the thesis projects the cultural model highlighting character with the specific pattern of talent cultivation in the ＂Academy-School-Subject＂ system,and the orientation of discipline construction in the process of industrialization, urbanization and ecologization in the universities as vehicles of both the exploration and practice of Chinese higher educaiton.
