浅析全科医师外科技能操作考试中存在的问题

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析全科医师外科技能操作考试中存在的问题。方法2008年北京市各城区、县符合卫生资格全科医师考试报名条件的全科医师949人,对其进行全科医师外科技能操作考试,并对考试结果进行比较分析。结果949名考生的成绩为8～100分,总平均分为(70.69±16.07)分。不同技能操作项目的得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同考官监考的同一技能操作项目(拆线、皮肤缝合、戴无菌手套打结)的得分间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科医师外科技能操作考试中,需要均衡各考核项目的难易度,细化评分标准和强化考官考前培训。Objective To discuss the problems in the examination on surgical operating skills of general practitioners.Methods Total 949 examinees eligible for the signing up conditions of qualified general practitioner from urban and rural areas of Beijing were enrolled.They were given surgical operating skill test,and then the results were comparatively analyzed.Results The marks of the 949 examinees ranged from 8 to 100,with an average of （70.69±16.07）.There were significant differences in mark among different operating items （P〈0.05）,and also among different invigilators in one operating item （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The difficulties of every operating items should be balanced score standard be described in detail and invigilator training before examination be strengthened in examination of surgical operating skills of general practitioners.
