摘  要:目的:探索建立颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)动物模型的有效方法。方法:将42只SD大鼠随机分为3组,分别给予高脂饲料喂养加血管钳夹术、单纯高脂饲料喂养和正常饲料喂养,在分别实验第2、6、10周检测血脂并观察颈动脉的病理变化。结果:血管钳夹加高脂喂养6、10周时就可以形成AS的病变,内膜、中膜面积比(I/M)分别为0.97±0.003和1.05±0.007。结论:血管钳夹术加高脂饮食法建立大鼠颈AS模型可以有效缩短造模时间、提高建模质量。Objective To establish an experimental model of atherosclerosis in rat. Methods Forty two SD rats were divided into three groups randomly,the normal group fed with normal diet,the lipo-fed group fed with high cholesterol diet,the lipo-fed and operation group,in which the rats were operated by carotid artery clamped and fed with high cholesterol diet.Blood lipids and pathological change examination of the carotid artery were done at the 2 th、6 th and 10th week after operation. Results The carotid atherosclerosis stenosis were observed in rats in the lipo-fed and operation group at the 6 th and the 10 th weeks after operation,the I / M ratio was 0.97 ± 0.003 at the 6th week and 1.05 ± 0.007 at the 10 th week respectively. Conclusion The carotid artery atherosclerosis model made by carotid artery clamped plus high cholesterol diet can shorten the time and improve the quality of modeling effectively.
