节能减排的金融政策支持研究

摘　　要：从我国节能减排的现状出发,通过对当前节能减排金融支持政策及其实施现状的分析,找出金融支持政策实施过程中存在的主、客观2方面的问题,结合节能减排的具体内容及投入成效矩阵,确定节能减排金融政策的支持方向,提出节能减排的金融支持政策的具体实施措施,为加快我国节能减排发展提供借鉴。Through the status quo of China＇s energy-saving and emission reduction,we analyze the implementation of financial policy support,find out the subjective and objective problems that exist in the process of the implementation of the financial policy.Combined with the specific content of energy-saving and emission reduction and the matrix of input-effective,we make certain the direction of financial policy support,and put forward the specific implementation measures,in order to accelerate the development of China＇s energy-saving and emission reduction.
