面向两型社会的节能减排国际比较与借鉴

摘　　要：从我国构建"两型"社会对节能减排的要求出发,总结了我国能耗与排放的基本情况;比较了我国与发达国家在能耗排放方面的差距;指出了我国与发达国家在节能减排科技投入和运用方面的差距;分析了我国能耗高污染重的原因。最后,提出了我国节能减排方面的国际经验借鉴。The paper begun with the energy-saving emission reduction requirements that our country put forth to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Firstly,the paper indicated the basic situation of energy consumption and emissions in our country.Secondly,the paper compared the emission and energy consumption of China with that of developed countries.Thirdly,the paper pointed out the investment and application gap of the science and technology between China and the developed countries in the energy conservation and emission reduction.Fourthly,the paper analyzed the reasons of the heavy energy consumption and high pollution in China.Finally,the paper put forth the countermeasures of the energy-saving and emission reduction in China through learning from international experience.
