摘  要:目的:建立梯度洗脱-反相高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮兰、安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸和咖啡因等10种添加剂的分析方法。方法:样品经过脱气,调节pH,经定量滤纸和0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱,反相C18柱分离,二极管阵列检测10种添加剂成分含量。结果:线性关系良好,回归系数均大于0.9995,各组分相对标准偏差小于6.7%,加标平均回收率为82%-103%。结论:该法同时测定饮料中10种添加剂成分,快速准确,重现性好,适合于不含蛋白质饮料中色素、防腐剂、甜味剂和咖啡因的检测。Objective:To establish a gradient elution RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 10 additives in beverages.Methods:After sample degassing,regulate pH and filtrated through quantitative filter paper and 0.45 μm microporous membrane,the 10 additives including lemon yellow,amaranth,carmine red cochineal,sun set yellow,light blue,Acesulfame-K,sodium saccharin,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and caffein have been separated by reversed-phase C18 column with methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase with gradient elution and detected with diode array detector.Results:The method had good linear relationship with regression coefficient greater than 0.9995,the RSDs were less than 6.7%,and the average recoveries were 82%-103%.Conclusion:The method is fast and accurate with good reproducibility.So it is suitable for the determination of preservatives,sweeteners and caffeine in the beverages without protein.
