摘  要:测头测量存在随机误差,采用二点确定直线的方法进行坐标找正会带来较大误差,本文针对常用的测量垂直坐标系找正方法提出了一种改进算法,通过分别测量一组数据,采用最小二乘法拟合直线,可以较好的减小随机误差影响,得到更精确的坐标结果。The random errors exist in measuring by using touch trigger probe. Usually the workpiece coordinate can be determined by two straight lines, and the line can be determined by two points. A greater error is introduced in by using this method. A modified method is proposed in this paper to improve the accuracy of the calculation. A set of points are measured to instead of the two points, and the straight line is fitted by using least squares method to eliminate the influence of the random errors and the more precise result can be obtained.
