摘　　要：目的:探讨肺移植术后ICU监护专业小组的培训方法与专科实践的效果。方法:选拔ICU工作满5年的高级责任护士共8人组建肺移植术后ICU监护专业小组;培训方法:PBL小组学习、集中理论授课、外出进修学习等。结果:培养了一支较成熟的肺移植术后ICU专业监护团队(护士20名)。结论:对ICU符合条件的护士进行专科化培养,能提高ICU护士的专科技能,提高临床护理质量,提高护士层次并推动专科护理的发展。Objective：To explore the training methods and practice effects of the ICU professional team for lung transplantation recipients. Methods： Totally 8 nurses with over 5 years ICU nursing experience comprised an ICU professional team for lung transplantation recipients. They received training by problem-based learning method, theory class and advanced study. Results： An ICU professional team for lung transplantation recipients was established and growing. Conclusion： Specialized training for the eligible nurses in ICU can improve specialized skills, improve clinical nursing quality and promote specialized nursing.
