摘　　要：高校技术转移过程中最核心的问题就是知识产权的保护和管理,我国高校技术转移尚处在初级阶段,还存在诸多制约因素,而国外高校技术转移和知识产权保护运行机制已经非常完善和成熟。国外高校的知识产权保护法律体系、技术转移和知识产权管理的内部运行机制、知识产权的教育和人才培养,无疑对我国高校有一定的借鉴作用。In the process of university technology transfer,the key problem is the protection and management of intellectual property.University technology transfer is still in the initial stage in china,there are still many constraints.Foreign university of technology transfer and intellectual property protection mechanism has been very sound and mature.Therefore,the legal system of intellectual property protection,technology transfer and intellectual property management,the internal operation mechanism,intellectual property rights of education and personnel training of the colleges and universities abroad,no doubt have some of our colleges and universities for reference.
