摘　　要：在充分利用现有贮气筒粉末涂装生产线的资源，满足DK7000贮气筒和现有品种贮气筒涂装生产及质量要求条件下，本文通过对DK7000贮气筒的涂装工艺流程优化设计，采用横向装挂、贮气筒内壁横向喷涂和倒挂的工艺流程，有效解决了涂装生产中存在的问题，使DK7000贮气筒顺利投入生产。Under the existing coating production conditions, and in order to meet the Painting production and quality requirements for DK7000 air tank and all other varieties. This article illustrate DKT000 air tank design of the coating process, adhibit process of horizontal hanging, horizontal spray and Inversion--solve problems of the coating production, so that DK7000 air tank smoothly into production.
