摘  要:目的评价TCT技术、PCR-RDB法检测女性宫颈高度病变的价值。方法利用TCT技术和PCR-RDB法分别检测宫颈上皮细胞病变及HPV感染情况,以组织病理检查结果进行评价。结果 TCT技术检测宫颈高度病变的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为46.2%(95%CI,19.1%~73.3%)、98.0%(95%CI,96.3%~99.7%)、54.5%(95%CI,25.1%~84.0%)和97.2%(95%CI,95.2%~99.3%),PCR-RDB法分别为100.0%(95%CI,100.0%~100.0%)、58.6%(95%CI,52.5%~64.8%)、11.2%(95%CI,5.5%~17.0%)和100.0%(95%CI,100.0%~100.0%),两者联合后分别为100.0%(95%CI,100.0%~100.0%)、98.0%(95%CI,96.2%~99.7%)、77.3%(95%CI,59.8%~94.8%)和100.0%(95%CI,100.0%~100.0%)。结论 TCT技术和PCR-RDB法检测宫颈高度病变具有很好的互补性,两者联合应用对于筛查宫颈高度病变有很高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of TCT and PCR-RDB in detecting high grade cervical intrepithelial neoplasis. Methods Participants' cervical epithelium specimens were collected for cervical cytology test by TCT and HPV test by PCR-RDB,then,the two methods' accuracy were evaluated by histopathology result. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TCT for detection ≥CIN2 were 46.2 % (95 % CI, 19. 1%- 73.3 % ), 98.0% (95 % CI,96.3%-99.7%) ,54.5%(95%CI,25.1%-84.0%) and 97.2%(95%CI,95.2%-99.3%),respectively. Those of PCR-RDB were 100.0%(95%CI,100.0%-100.0%),58. 6%(95%CI,52. 5%-64. 8V0),11. 2%(95%CI,5. 5%-17.0%) and 100.0% (95%CI,100.0%-100.0%) ,respectively. Those of combined TCT with PCR-RDB were 100.0%(95%CI,100.0%-100.0%), 98.0%(95%CI,96. 2%-99. 7%),77. 3%(95%CI,59. 8%-94.8%) and 100.0%(95%CI,100. 0%-100.0%),respectively. Conclusion There is good collaboration between TCT and PCR-RDB,and there is high detection valuation when combine TCT with PCR RDB.
