思利巴联合传统综合疗法治疗年长儿童弱视疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨思利巴联合传统综合疗法治疗年长儿童弱视的疗效。方法65例115眼,年龄12～16岁的弱视患儿,按照患者的弱视程度,弱视类型,随机分成两组,治疗组:饭后口服思利巴250mg,每天2次,连续3个月。同时进行传统综合治疗:戴镜,遮盖,压抑,BS-1型或2型弱视仪训练;对照组:只进行传统综合治疗。随访半年,对视力、VEP等结果进行分析。结果治疗组治疗后矫正视力有显著提高,与对照组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),有效率达72.6%,而对照组有效率为42.7%;治疗组治疗前后的P100潜时差异有显著性(P<0.05),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论思利巴联合综合方法治疗年长儿童弱视疗效较佳、疗程短。Objective To study the effect of combined therapy of SI LI BA and traditional synthesis method in older children＇s amblyopia. Methods According to the extent and type of amblyopia and the ocular fixation, 65 cases of older children were randomly devided into two groups. The treatment group took 2 tablets of SI LI BA after meal,twice a day for a contineual 3 months. Meanwhile,applied traditional synthesis method,wihich involved wearing glasses, covering the eyes,suppression and amblyopia therapeutic instrument; The control group just adopted traditional synthesis method. Followed up 6 monthes, the visual acuity and visual evoked potential （VEP） were analyzed. Results The treatment group has better visual acuity. The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 72.6%, while the control group was 42.7%（P0.05）. P100 of the trcatment group after treatment and before treatment were compared and the differences were statistically significan（tP0.05）; while the control group was not （P0.05）. Conclusions The combined therapy of SI LI BA and traditional synthesis method is a valid therapy for treating old children′s amblyopia. The curative effect is good, the treating course is short.
