摘　　要：目的：研究ＳＰ１在乳腺腺病及乳腺癌组织中的分布。方法：采用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学染色技术，对乳腺腺病及乳腺癌组织进行ＳＰ１的检测。结果：乳腺癌组织ＳＰ１阳性表达率为３６５９％；Ⅱ级腺病为６４５％；Ⅰ级腺病无阳性表达。结论：乳腺腺病及乳腺癌间ＳＰ１分布的显著性差异。Objective:To study the SP 1 distribution in breast adenosis and carcinoma. Methods:Expression of SP 1 in breast adenosis and careinoma was investigated by immunohistochemistry technique (ABC).Results:Positive rate of expression SP 1 in breast adenosis Ⅰ,Ⅱand carcinoma were 0%,6.45% and 36.59% respectively.Conclusion: Significantly difference of SP 1 expression in breast adenosis and carcinoma show that the study of SP 1 distribution possessed an important value in diagnosis of breast cancer.
