摘  要:为了模清无花瓣油菜在花瓣消失后对菌核病的抗(耐)性,以育成的无花瓣油菜与有花瓣油菜采用病圃自然鉴定和人工接种鉴定进行对比试验。结果表明:在自然病圃条件下,无花瓣品系的叶片间受侵染率明显低于有瓣品种,成熟期无花瓣品系菌核病危害程度均比目前公认的抗(耐)菌核病能力较强的有瓣品种沪油15轻或相当,比抗性较差的杂交油菜品种油研七号危害更轻;但人工接种鉴定表明,无瓣品系的病斑扩展速度均较抗性较强的有瓣品种沪油15快。可见,即使无瓣品系本身并不具有较强的抗(耐)病性,在花瓣消失后,其形态避病作用亦非常明显。The apetalous rape lines and rape varieties with petals were identified by the natural infected nursery and artificial inoculation to know sclerotium blight resistance (tolerance) of apetalous rape varieties after petals disappearance. The results showed that the leaf infected rate of apetalous rape lines was obviously lower than that of rape varieties with petals under the natural infected nursery, the damage degree of sclerotium blight of apetalous rape lines was lower or similar tO Huyou 15 with petals, a known rape variety with high resistance (tolerance) to sclerotium blight during the maturity stage, and lower than that of Youyan 7, a hybrid rape variety with poor resistance to sclerotium blight. The identification results from the artificial inoculation test indicated that the spot spread speed of apetalous rape lines was quicker than that of Huyou 15, which expresses that the apetalous rape line itself has no high resistance to sclerotium blight and the action of avoiding disease mainly depends on petals disappearance obviously.
