摘 要:通过对唐菖蒲切花鲜重变化率、水分平衡值、瓶插寿命及观赏品质的研究,探讨了不同保鲜剂对唐菖蒲切花的保鲜效应。结果表明,不同保鲜剂中,以0.5%蔗糖+500mg/L8-HQ+30mg/L激动素配方保鲜效果最佳,能有效增加花枝鲜重,促进切花的吸水能力状况,延长切花寿命,并提高切花观赏品质。而只含有0.5%蔗糖的保鲜剂不利于切花吸水;500mg/L8-HQ和200mg/L四环素配合使用时的保鲜效果并不比只含有500mg/L8-HQ的保鲜效果更明显。The fresh weight, water balanced value, vase life and ornamental quality of Gladiolus hybridus, cut flowers were treated by tetracycline and KT respectively to study the effect of different fresh preservation agents on the cut flowers. The results showed that the solution with 0.5% sucrose q- 500 mg/L 8-HQ + 30 mg/L KT could increase its fresh weight, promote its water absorbing capacity, prolong its vase life and improve its ornamental quality effectively. The solution with 0. 5% sucrose was not beneficial to its water absorption. The fresh preservation effect of the cut flowers in the solution with 0.5% sucrose+ 500 mg/L 8-HQ q- 200 mg/L tetracycline was not better than that the solution with 0.5% sucrose+ 500 mg/L8-HQ.
