乳腺癌癌前病变“毒瘀互结”证的认识

摘　　要：目前对乳腺癌及癌前病变的研究认为与乳腺癌发生密切相关的"毒"主要包括外感"六淫伏毒"和内伤"七情郁毒","毒瘀内生"既是乳腺癌癌前病变的病理产物,又是乳腺癌发生的直接病因。因此,"毒瘀互结"证可以看作是乳腺癌癌前病变特有的阶段,对其治疗是防止乳腺癌发病的最后防线,不可忽视。Now the research of breast cancer and precancerous lesion deem the ＂toxin＂ have close relations with development of breast cancer,mainly including diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor ＂hiding toxin climatic pathogens＂ and ＂toxin induced by seven modes of emotions ＂.＂Toxin and blood Stasis endogeny＂ is not only pathology product of precancerosis,but also straight causation of disease of carcinogenesis.So,toxin and stasis intertie can be regarded as peculiar horizon of precancerosis,treating it is the eventually line of defense,can not disregard.
