精元康胶囊对胃癌术后转移抑制作用及对白细胞影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察精元康胶囊对胃癌术后转移抑制作用及白细胞影响的临床疗效。方法:两组均采用XP方案化疗。化疗加中药组以精元康胶囊口服为主,化疗组配合型肝醇为主。结果:化疗中药组外周血白细胞减少有效率39.4%,化疗组有效率71.8%。结论:运用中药加化疗组对外周血白细胞减少有较好的效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jing Yuan Kang Capsule＇s inhibition function of gastric cancer metastasis and impaction on leukocyte treated with Jing Yuan Kang Capsule after the gastric cancer surgery.Methods：The two groups are used XP chemotherapy.Chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was mainly treated with oral Jing Yuan Kang Capsule while the chemotherapy group was combined with hepatic alcohol.Results：The reduction rate of peripheral blood leukocyte in the chemotherapy combine with traditional Chinese medicine group was 39.4%,while chemotherapy group was 71.8%.Conclusion：The use of traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group can achieve better result in reducing the peripheral white blood cells.
