脑脉康方治疗脑动脉硬化症55例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑脉康方治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将110例脑动脉硬化症患者随机分为2组,治疗组55例予脑脉康方治疗,对照组55例予镇脑宁方治疗,2组均1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。治疗前后记录中医学临床症候积分并检测经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、血脂及血液流变学改变情况。结果2组治疗后中医症候积分与本组治疗前及2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组;治疗组总有效率94.55%,对照组总有效率81.82%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后经颅多普勒、血脂及血液流变学指标与本组治疗前及2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于及对照组。结论脑脉康方治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Naomaikang Prescription on cerebral arteriosclerosis.Methods 110 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=55）were treated by Naomaikang Prescription.55 cases in control group were treated by Zhannaoning prescription.The clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,TCD and changes of,hemorrheology and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment.Results The clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment in treatment group was decreased in comparison with before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.There was significant difference between before and after treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group on TCD,blood lipid and hemorrheology（P0.05）.Conclusion Naomaikang Prescription has obvious effect on cerebral arteriosclerosis.
