摘　　要：从理论上全面解读SPA经营模式的含义,以真维斯公司为例,总结了此种模式发展至今可借鉴的成功经验。并针对目前国内服装零售业的现状,分析了SPA经营模式在我国得以推行的可行性,并指出本土服装零售企业在发展中需重点关注的内容。The article theoretically interpreted the SPA business model meaning comprehensively. Take Jeanswest company as an example, it summarized the successful experiences of this model＇s development. Aiming at the status of domestic apparel retail industry, it analyzed the feasibility that SPA business model can imple- mented in China, and pointed out the content need to focus on during the development of domestic apparel retail industry
