摘　　要：科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。它对我们各行各业在新时期内开展工作，都有重要的指导作用。学好科学发展观，对于思想政治教育领域中的教育工作者来说也就是进一步加强“培养综合素质”意识的学习过程。用科学发展观来阐明人才的综合素质，在新时期内就要注重其重要组成——法治观念的培养。而科学发展观理论蕴涵的对法制现念教育的深入阐释则正是本文希望讨论的内容。The science development view is the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system important constituent. It does the work to our all the various trades and occupations in the new time, all has the important instruction function. Learns the science development view,also is further strengthens ＂the raise synthesis quality＂ regarding the thought political education domain in educator consciousness study process. With the science development view expounded talented person＇s comprehensive quality, needs to pay great attention to its important composition government by law idea in the new time the raise. But the science development view theory implication to the concept of law education thorough explanation is precisely this article hoped discusses content.
