摘　　要：建国前后党的城市政策是一个重大的研究课题，目前学界从各个方面对此进行了研究与探讨，并取得了一定的成果。本文对目前学术界关于党的领导人和党的城市政策、城市人民政权的建立与巩固、城市经济政策、城市社会与文化政策等几个方面的主要观点进行梳理和总结，并进行了简要评价。Around the founding of the nation party＇s city policy is a significant research topic,at present the educational world regarding this has conducted the research and the discussion from each aspect, and has yielded certain result. This article to the present academic circles about party＇s leader and party＇s city policy,the city people regime establishment and consolidated, the urban economy policy,the city society and the cultural policy and so on several aspect major points carries on combs and summarizes,and has carried on the brief appraisal.
