摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济的新形势下，如何加强中职学生的思想政治教育和管理工作，把中职学生培养成为高素质的劳动者和技术人才，是摆在每一名中职教育工作者面前新的重大课题。华北机电学校作为一所中等职业学校，学校多年认真实践德育建设工程，充分发挥“两课”教学主渠道作用，同时以养成教育为抓手，以校园文化建设为载体，不断加强学生的思想政治教育和管理工作，取得显著的成效。In the Socialist market economy in the new situation, how to strengthen the secondary of ideological and political education and management, the sceondary train to become highly qualified workers and technicians, is every person in the presence of a new secondary vocational education workers a great challenge. North China electro--mechanical school, as a secondary vocational schools,schools for many years practicing ethics project,give full play to the teaching of liangke role,at the same time fostering education curriculums to campus as a carrier, continues to strengthen its students＇ideological education and management, remarkable results.
