摘 要:目的:分析虎眼万年青挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用超临界CO2流体(SFE)萃取的方法提取挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果:检出38个色谱峰,鉴定出33种化合物,占挥发油总量的90.53%。结论:虎眼万年青挥发油化学成分以5,22-豆甾二烯-3-醇(相对含量为14.001%),γ-谷甾醇(13.137%),菜油甾醇(7.765%),9,12-十八碳二烯酸(13.909%),正十六酸(8.842%)为主,占总挥发油成分的57.65%。其中,醇类化合物占总挥发油的42.41%,酸类化合物占27.52%,酯类化合物占7.27%。所有化合物均首次从该植物中检出。Objective: To analyze chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Ornithogalum caudatum. Methods: The volatile oil was use superc - ritical CO2 fluid (SFE) extraction to extract, and separated by GC capillary column chromatography. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC - MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results:38 kinds of components wereseparated. Among them 33 components were identified, accounting about 90.53% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion:The main components in the volatile oil of Ornithogalum caudatum were Stigmasta -5,22 - dione -3 - ol( 14. 001% ) ,gamma - sitosterol( 13. 137% ) ,Campesterol(7. 765% ), 9,12 - octadecadienoic acid( 13. 909 ), n - hexadecanoic ( 8. 842% ). which were accounted for 57.65% of all volatile oils, dione were 42.41% ,acid were 27.52% ,ester were 7.27% of all volatile oils.
