颌骨缺损患者的种植修复咬合重建

摘　　要：目的探讨颌骨缺损患者种植修复重建咬合的方法以及临床效果。方法对10例颌骨缺损患者进行种植修复咬合重建,除1例采用固定修复外,其余均采用活动义齿修复,其中采用磁性固位的覆盖义齿修复3例,杆卡式修复2例,球帽式修复2例,套筒式覆盖义齿修复1例,栓道式精密附着体修复1例。结果经过12～48月的临床观察,除杆卡式修复的1例患者由于软组织较厚,牙龈在带入6月时出现增生外,其余患者未发生任何临床症状。38枚种植体均形成良好的骨结合,临床效果满意。结论应用种植技术结合适当的修复方法能够使颌骨缺损获得良好的咬合功能及美学效果。movable dentures Objective To evaluate the clinical results of implant supported fixed prosthesis and rein jaw bone defect patients. Methods 10 cases of jaw bone defect patients were restored with implant supported prosthesis, which included implant supported fixed prosthesis in 1 patient, magnetic over dentures in 3 patients, rigid bars fixed removable partial denture in 2 patients, ball attachment over dentures in 2 patients, and easy-ball attachments removable dentures in 1 patient. Results All of 38 implants achieved osseointegration and the effect of function and aesthetics of patients were satisfactory. There were no complications during 12-48 months of follow-up except one patient drawing removable partial overdenture with bar attachment encountered gingival hyperplasia at 6 months. Oonclusions Implants-borne prosthesis is an applicable technique in restoration of jaw bone defects.
