磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿在无牙颌修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿修复无牙颌的临床效果。方法对15例无牙颌患者行磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿修复,共使用39枚种植体,术后3～4月行磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿修复,每半年复诊,观察义齿使用情况,使用临床检查结合X线检查评估效果。结果39枚种植体术中及术后均未发生感染及神经损伤等并发症,修复前均达到骨结合;1例Replace种植体在覆盖义齿佩戴1.5年后脱落,其余种植体骨结合状况稳定;义齿固位效果良好,达到患者对美观和功能的要求;基台周围和义齿清洁度良好,疗效满意。结论磁性附着体种植覆盖义齿修复无牙颌可有效恢复咀嚼功能,改善患者容貌,临床效果可靠,制作简单,易于保持清洁,是一种值得推广的无牙颌修复方式。Objective To evaluate the overdenture for edentulous patients. Methods clinical application of implant supported magnet-retained Fifteen patients （9 males and 6 females, average age 64.3 years ranging from 53 to 76 years） received implant supported magnet-retained overdenture between February 2006 and December 2007. Thirty-nine implants were used, including 7 BLB, 26 Straumann, and 6 Replace implants. The patients had the restorations of magnet-retained overdenture 3-4 months later. Clinical and X-ray examination were conducted. Results No infections, nerve or sinus injury, or other complications occurred during the studY. All implants achieved osseointegration before wearing denture. One Replace implant was lost after 2 years during the follow-up. The remaining implants were stable. Patients were satisfied with the treatment. Conclusions Implant supported magnet retained overdenture is a predictable and reliable treatment for edentulous patients.
