摘　　要：飞机维护保障人员可靠性对飞机系统作战效能有重要影响。分析了影响维护保障人员可靠性的因素,建立了单个维护保障人员可靠性评估模型和典型地勤机组维护保障可靠性评估模型,最后对所建模型进行了实例计算,验证了所建模型是合理、可行的。The reliability of maintenance and support crew has a very important effect to the operational effectiveness of aircrafts. The influence factors for the reliability of maintenance and support crew are analyzed. The reliability evaluation modes of the single maintenance man and ground crew are built. At last, an example of the evaluation model is calculated and the result shows that the model is reasonable and effective.
