模切机送纸机构的优化设计

摘　　要：阐述了曲柄连杆滑块机构的建模、优化设计计算的过程,并分析比较了其优化结果。结果表明:通过优化程序设计出的曲柄连杆滑块机构,使得机构在确保运动平稳性的前提下,具有更好的传力性能。Modeling of crank shaft connecting rod slippery piece mechanism and process of optimization design were introduced, and its optimized result was analyzed and compared. The results indicated that the crank shaft connecting rod slippery piece mechanism designed by optimization program obtained better load transmitting performance at the same time the mechanism stability was ensured.
