摘 要:进行了水泥混凝土路面嵌缝料剪切受力状态的理论分析和室内模拟试验,在此基础上,确定了嵌缝料剪切试验中的剪切应变和剪切频率等测试条件。理论分析结果表明:考虑板底脱空状态,嵌缝料在水泥混凝土路面中剪切应变为0.002~0.01;车轮荷载对混凝土板的振动频率小于混凝土板的固有频率,不会发生共振现象,嵌缝料的剪切频率由车轮荷载对混凝土板的振动频率决定,剪切频率范围为10~40Hz。室内模拟试验结果表明:在5℃下,嵌缝料线性粘弹性应变为0.005,实验室可实现的应变为0.004。综合两者,确定水泥混凝土路面嵌缝料复数剪切模量的测试条件为:剪切应变0.004,剪切频率2~50Hz。Theoretical analysis of shear force of joint sealant for cement concrete pavement and the laboratory simulated test were carried out. The shear strain and the shear frequency of joint sealant could be confirmed. Theoretical analysis results show that considering void beneath slab, the shear strain of joint sealant for cement concrete pavement is 0. 002 to 0.01. The vibrating frequency caused by load is less than the natural frequency of cement concrete slab, so there is no resonance phenomenon and the shear frequency of joint sealant is determined by vibrating frequency caused by load. The shear frequency ranges from 10 Hz to 40 Hz. The results of laboratory simulated test indicate that the shear strain of linear viscoelasticity is 0. 005 and the realizable strain in laboratory is 0. 004 at the temperature of 5℃. In conclusion, the testing condition of complex shear modulus of joint sealant for cement concrete pavement is that shear strain is 0. 004 and shear frequency ranges from 2 Hz to 50 Hz.
