摘 要:通过总结和分析各国现有振动压路机振动轮调幅装置的不足,提出能够实现智能控制的电液无级调幅系统方案,详述了其组成和调幅原理。针对电液调幅系统具有非线性、大时滞的特点,提出了神经网络自适应PID控制策略,将神经网络自适应补偿器与PID控制器并联,补偿系统参数摄动、非线性和外界扰动对系统控制性能的影响,提高系统的响应速度和控制精度。基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A设计了硬件控制器,实现了神经网络自适应PID控制的数字化。结果表明:提出的控制策略相比于传统的PID控制在快速性、准确性方面均具有一定的优越性,为开发智能化振动压路机奠定了基础。Based on summarizing and analyzing shortages of existing vibration wheel amplitude modulation devices of vibratory roller at home and abroad, the electric-hydraulic stepless amplitude modulation system which could achieve intelligent control was proposed, and its composition and amplitude modulation principle were presented in detail. Aimed at the strong nonlinear and long time-delay characteristics of the electric-hydraulic stepless amplitude modulation system, the neural network adaptive PID control strategy was put forward. The adaptive compensator of neural network and PID controller was paralled which was used to compensate the influence of the parameter perturbation, nonlinearity and outer disturbance of the system on system control performance. The response velocity and the control precision were improved. Based on the DSP TMS320LF2407A, the hardware controller was designed. Digital of the neural network adaptive PID control was designed. The test results show that the proposed control strategy is superior to classical PID control on celerity, accuracy, stability and robustness. It lays the foundation of realization for intelligent vibratory roller.
