摘　　要：对企业知识联盟界面管理稳定性机理进行了研究。首先,在理论回顾的基础上,总结出联盟界面管理稳定性的表现形式,即价值溢出性和关系风险性。然后,根据知识转移的空间维度和时间维度,构建了知识联盟界面管理稳定性机理模型。最后,通过进化博弈理论的基本假设,获得了知识联盟界面管理稳定性的形成路径。This paper has studied the stability mechanism of interface management in enterprises knowledge alliance. Firstly, on the review of theories, the manifestations about interface management are aggregated, which is over-value and relationship risk. Then, based on the spatial dimensions and time dimension of knowledge transfer, the stability mechanism model of interface management in knowledge alliance is constructed. Finally, by the basic assumptions of evolutionary game theory, the paths of stability of interface management in knowledge alliance are formed.
