摘　　要：目的探讨钝力所致Ⅲ区(角膜缘5 mm后的巩膜)巩膜裂伤的修补技巧。方法回顾分析31例(31眼)钝力所致Ⅲ区巩膜裂伤修补的临床资料。结果将直肌劈开进行伤口修补8例;斜视钩协助拉开直肌修补5例;断直肌修补9例;提起前面缝线残端修补9例。随访半年,眼球萎缩6眼(19.35%);盲15眼(48.39%);视功能恢复10眼(32.26%)。结论根据Ⅲ区巩膜裂伤特点修补伤口,既能减少断直肌对眼球的再次创伤,又能彻底修补伤口,为保留眼球、恢复视功能奠定基础。Objective To introduce the repair techniques for eyes. with zone Ⅲ（ laceration posterior to the anterior 5 mm of the selera） laceration by blant trauma. Methods A retrospective review of repair means of 31eyes with zone Ⅲ laceration by blunt trauma was conducted. Results In order to repair laceration, rectus muscle of 8 eyes were split in the direction of laceration ; rectus muscle of 5 eyes were drawn away by squint hook;rectus muscles of 9 eyes were excised ; 9 eyesends of former suture were brought up. At last follow up of 6 months, atrophia bulbi was the presentin sign in 6 eyes （19.35%） ; 15 patients （48.39%）acquired blindness; visionfunetion of 10 patients （32. 26%） was recovered. Conclusion To repair scleral laceration in zone Ⅲ according to characteristic of laceration, which not only avoided secondary damage to eyeball by excising rectus muscles, but also repaired complet Sly, was the premise of preserve of eyeball and revovery of vision function.
