摘　　要：目的探讨下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊矫正老年性下睑内翻的效果。方法利用眶肌筋膜韧带松解及提紧矫正老年性下睑内翻,将下睑眼轮匝肌近外眦部分斜行切断,并悬吊固定在眶外缘骨膜或外眦韧带上,使下睑紧张度提高。结果本组共21例(42眼)均施行下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊加强下睑张力,矫正下睑内翻,随访6个月以上,手术均取得良好效果,无并发症发生。结论下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊矫正老年性下睑内翻,可提紧下睑,矫正睑内翻,并获得了较好的眶区年轻化效果。Objective This is to introduce the experience in the treatment. Methods To find the fasia ligament at lateral orbital fat eompantment under the orbiealaris and medial outer eanthus. Using the combination of releasing and Sling of fascia ligament of orbital muscle for aging related lower entropion, to cut the fascia ligament of orbital muscle and fix the fasicin ligament with the outer canthus liganeut or orbital periosteum may sling muscle of orbicularis oculi and tighten the fascia ligament of orbital muscle and the loose sbin of lower eyelid. Results 21 Cases （42 eyes） of fascia ligament of orbital muscle sling to the lateral cauthus or orbital periosleum for aging lower entropion. All of them have got good results followed up 6 months post operation. Conclusion The fascia ligament of orbital muscle sling for aging lower entropion, can improve the lower eyelid stability, and has a good cosmetic result, this operation for agine entropion is effective.
