酒精分离法在翼状胬肉手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精分离法应用于翼状胬肉手术的效果和临床意义。方法原发性胬肉22眼，表麻后将一个环形金属圈置于胬肉头部，其中填充20％酒精，30～40s后将圈内酒精吸干，用BBS充分冲洗。自胬肉头部开始用特制上皮刮铲将变性组织清除。用带角膜缘的自体结膜移植。结果22眼术后，随访3～15个月，手术效果良好，1眼复发。结论用酒精分离法进行翼状胬肉手术是实用、安全、经济的，复发率低。Objective To study the effect and its clinical significance of separation with alcohol in pterygium surgery. Methods Patients with primary pterygium were selected, surface anesthesia was placed in a circular metal ring on the pterygium head, which filled with 20% alcohol,30 - 40 seconds later, the alcohol would be dried up within the circle, then we made full flush with the BBS. Cleaning the degeneration organizations from the beginning of pterygium head with a special shovel （scraping epithelium ） Autograft transplanting was completed with the use of limbal conjunctival. Results 22 patients were followed up for 3-15 months, they are with well effect,only 1 eye with recurrence. Conclusion Pterygium excision with alcohol in treatment of pterygium is practical, safe, economic, and advanced. Recurrence rate is low and suitable for clinical application.
