摘  要:目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中c-fos和PCNA的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化染色SP法,检测60例食管鳞癌、20例高级别食管上皮内瘤变和10例正常食管粘膜组织标本中c-fos和PCNA的表达。结果(1)60例食管鳞癌组织、20例高级别上皮内瘤变和10例正常食管粘膜组织标本中c-fos的阳性表达率分别为55%、75%和0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而PCNA的阳性表达率分别为70%、50%和10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)c-fos在高分化和中分化食管癌中的表达率显著高于低分化癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCNA在高分化和中分化食管癌中的表达率显著低于低分化癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCNA在无淋巴结转移者中的表达率高于有淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论c-fos和PCNA可能均参与了食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程,并可能作为监测肿瘤恶性程度和判断预后的指标。Objective To investigate the abnormal expressions and the biopathological significances of c-los and PCNA in the tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of c-fos and PCNA was studied by strept-avidin Peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of c-fos and PCNA and to analyse the correlation between them and different clinical pathological features in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,in 20 cases of abnormal and in 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues. Results (1) The positive frequency of c-fos in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, in 20 cases of abnormal and in 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues was respectively 56%, 75%and 0. It showed significant difference among them (P d0.05). In addition, the positive frequency of PCNA was 70%,50% and 10% respectively, it also showed significant difference (P〈0. 05). (2) The positive ratio of c-fos protein was significantly higher in the well differentiated and moderately differentiated esophageal carcinomas than in the poorly differentiated esophageal carcinomas (P〈0.05). And PCNA protein was significantly lower in the well differentiated and moderately differentiated esophageal carcinomas than in the poorly differentiated esophageal carcinomas (P〈0.05). The esophageal carcinomas with lymph node metastasis expressed c-fos and PCNA protein more markedly than those without lymphnode metastasis (P 〈0.05). Conelusions c-fos and PCNA could serve as an important index in the aspect of invasiveness and metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and might be used as valuable molecular markers to judge the malignant level and the prognosis of patients.
