摘　　要：肺癌是严重危害人类健康的疾病,其发病率和病死率已占全球恶性肿瘤的首位。传统筛查方法早期诊断能力差,血肿瘤标志物敏感性和特异性均较理想,将成为肺癌筛查的一个重要途径,具有潜在应用价值的肺癌学肿瘤标志物有肿瘤释放蛋白、血清淀粉样蛋白A、血浆激肽释放酶、肿瘤相关循环RNA等。现就当前一些备受关注的血肿瘤标志物早期诊断肺癌的价值等研究进展予以综述。Lung cancer is the disease that threatens the public health,both its incidence and fatality rate are the highest among all cancers,and the persistent dismal prognosis is largely attributable to late diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,investigators have focused on the discovery of early diagnostic methods,especially on the study of blood tumor markers with ideal sensitivity and specificity,which provide new approach for lung cancer early diagnosis.Herein,we discuss the diagnostic value and relevant research progression of the blood tumor markers concerned by clinicians and scientists.
